NJGC type pressure of coal weighing feeder:

NJGC series pressure type belt feeder is the current hot (hair) circulating fluidized bed boiler system of power plant and the design of the temperature, the pressure of coal feeder. The machine has the micro positive pressure pressure is less than 0.35MPa and the operating temperature is less than 150 ℃ long-term. Can realize continuous coal from bunker to the boiler into coal, is a kind of intelligent measuring equipment.

Working principle.

Coal feeder using tape drive coal operation, when the coal from the coal bunker by the tape out, in the tape drive, by friction between the tape and weight steadily move forward. So as to realize the continuous, uniformly to the coal.

Below the conveyor belt, roller, equipped with weighing weighing bridge, a weighing sensor, weighing weighing bridge installed on the conveyor longitudinal beam sensor, weighing bridge supports the weighing roller, electric signal to detect the weight of the materials on the belt and produces a proportional to the belt load, gave a weighing display instrument.

The speed sensor is connected to the cylinder, to provide a series of pulses, each pulse represents a belt motor unit, pulse frequency is proportional to the speed of belt. Weighing display instrument receives the weighing sensor and speed sensor signal two, through the amplification, shaping, A/D transformation and integral calculation, shows the cumulative weight of transporting coal and instantaneous flow rate on the instrument display.
